At Styled and Served, all hire items are thoroughly inspected and tested prior to dispatch to ensure they are in full working order.
We do not offer refunds for failure to follow operating instructions. Comprehensive instructions are provided, and our technicians are available 24/7 to assist with troubleshooting during your hire period.
If an issue arises, you must notify us immediately. Failure to report problems at the time of occurrence will void any eligibility for a refund or compensation.
Refunds or partial credits will only be considered in the rare event of verified equipment malfunction that could not be resolved with immediate troubleshooting.
